Made from 100% Moscato grapes farmed on calcareous-marl soils with clay layers, Moscato d’Asti DOCG is a vibrant and aromatic sweet wine.

Before controlled fermentation at 16–18°C, the must is kept at 0°C in pressure tanks to guarantee maximum freshness, producing its characteristic mild effervescence and aromatic intensity.

It has a straw yellow hue and smells strongly of fresh fruit; the tongue is gently sweet, balanced by a sharp, cool acidity.

Like the dawn call of a rooster, it brings a burst of freshness and pleasure.
