Made from 100% Merlot grapes in the Maremma region of Tuscany, Abundantia is a powerful and elegant red wine.

Aged for 18 months in French oak barriques (first and second passage) after a 24-day maceration and fermentation at a controlled 28°C, with periodic pump-overs, it then undergoes at least 10 months of bottle refinement.

With a rich ruby red hue, it reveals intense notes of violet, marasca cherry, prunes, and sweet spices. The palate is firm yet smooth, with well-balanced acidity, structured tannins, and a long, graceful finish.

An excellent choice for red meat dishes, aged cheeses, and even dark chocolate pairings, this wine embodies depth and richness.
