Made from 100% Greco Bianco grapes grown in Timpa Bianca, a seaside area near Cirò Marina, Cirò DOC Bianco is a crisp and elegant white wine.
In this region, the Mediterranean climate and white clay soils give rise to wines that are vibrant, fragrant, and beautifully structured.
Harvested from vineyards just 50 to 100 meters above sea level, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures, then matured in steel tanks and refined in bottle under monitored conditions.
The result is a straw-yellow wine with green reflections, offering a fruity, floral bouquet with delicate hints of passionflower. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and bright, with a harmonious, easy-drinking personality.
