Description
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Ornellaia is another deeply Mediterranean expression of the Bolgheri terroir, a radiant and precious voice. The Ornellaia olive trees, including some local cultivars, are centuries-old plants that have watched over the vines since the estate’s inception. Their olives are hand-picked and promptly milled.

“Clear and green in color, with an intense and powerful nose, rich in vegetal notes reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The taste is broad and complex, both fruity and vegetal, with light bitterness and spicy notes in perfect harmony.”
