Produced using the Charmat Method, it undergoes cold maceration at 7–8°C for 4–5 days followed by a slow secondary fermentation in large tanks to enhance its fine perlage and velvety texture.
With a deep ruby red color and lingering bubbles, this Lambrusco offers intense aromas of wild berries and a dry, sapid, and harmonious palate, elevated by a creamy, well-structured spuma.
