To enhance its fine perlage and velvety texture, it is crafted using the Charmat Method, involving cold maceration at 7–8°C for 5–6 days and a slow secondary fermentation in large tanks.
With its deep crimson color and persistent bubbles, this Lambrusco offers a balanced, dry, and sapid palate, lifted by a creamy and well-structured spuma. Aromas of luscious wild berries add to its charm.
