Description
The rosé variant of one of the most famous wines in southern Italy is TabaRosa – Aglianico del Taburno DOCG. The Aglianico grapes are harvested in the first decade of October at an elevation of 300 meters, in clay soil streaked with calcareous marl, and vinified as a rosé with controlled fermentation for around 15 days.
The outcome is a very well-balanced wine with a delicate pink hue that retains its freshness and elegance while revealing the grape’s true character. It comes with a subtle scent of rose blossoms, petals, and a hint of herbaceous note. It reflects the Appennine character of Campania and is smooth, dry, well-balanced, and ideal for those who enjoy a genuine and sincere rosé.
A rosé that embodies elegance and delicateness, able to pair well with both casual and more refined moments. A lovely surprise from the Taburno DOCG.
